The Hotel Christine has an optimal strategic position that it allows to be connected in few minutes to the via Emilia, to the highway gate of Parma Ovest, to the Fairs of Parma, the Kartdromo, the swimming pool of Pontetaro and the historical center of Parma.

In the zone of Madregolo the most obvious traces of the romans remain in the street net, in geometry of the agricultural cultivations.
Anciently Madregolo was along the Taro river which, because of the continuous floodings, eroded the side absorbing houses and fields and the ancient Romanesque Pieve, collapsed about 1200-1300.
The Church of Madregolo goes back to 1634 and keeps four capitelli of the ancient Pieve. Nearby the Church starts some naturalistic paths for the visit to the Regional Fluvial Park of Taro.
